With an in depth nautical and industrial history, Liverpool is known for its trading past. Liverpool is also home to the John Lennon International Airport, offering daily flights to worldwide destinations and conveniently based just 7 miles from the city centre.
Liverpool has big plans for the future, with the X1 The Quarter development is due to be completed in Autumn 2017 and will see mix of residential and leisure complexes open up just a 5 minute walk away from the Albert Dock. There are also plans to redevelop the Chinatown district of the city centre by 2018 and the first phase of a £5.5bn Liverpool Waterfront development will be underway shortly.
