Zoom Inventories locate new offices with officebroker.com
Zoom Inventories, a unique video inventory company that specialise in the residential property market, has been working with officebroker.com in the search for new office space.
The company are expanding fast as the demand for video inventories increases. With a current client base in the North London area, Zoom Inventories are the only company that offer property inventories on film – a process that provides video evidence of items supplied by landlords when letting out residential property.
This video cataloguing process means that landlords have a detailed view of their property and the evidence required if there is a dispute with their tenants.
As part of the process, landlords receive a chaptered DVD of each room in their property, including an agent voiceover which highlights key areas, and accompanied by a typed inventory.
Video inventories have proved invaluable for many of Zoom’s clients, such as Mr Dikowski of Southwestern General properties, who said: “I’ve had a nightmare with previous cases – but with a Zoom inventory the evidence was clear and concise, so there was no need to go to court.”
