Video Tour Captures Character of 13th Century Office Property

A business centre located within a period property in Strelley, based on the western edge of Nottingham, has recently featured in a video tour which is now available to view on the website.

The property dates back to the 13th century and was originally built as a castle, before major modification works were carried out in the 18th and 19th century. An archeological dig has recently uncovered historical artefacts that date most of the masonry back to 1250 to 1350.

The video coverage captures the charm and character of the building along with the superb surroundings, and goes on to highlight the centre’s proximity to junction 26 of the M1.

As well as the exterior of the property, the video shows many key interior features including the staffed reception, board room, waiting area and office configurations. Several office suites benefit from large period-style windows that let in an abundance of natural light, creating a comfortable working environment.

Other key features including the large on site car park are also featured in the video.
