The Office Group Win Business Centre of the Month Award

The Office Group Win Business Centre of the Month Award’s Business Centre of the Month award for September has gone to The Office Group’s Farringdon Too – a sustainable office property in the heart of the City of London.

This 1960s building has been completely transformed by The Office Group into a stylish, modern and highly efficient workplace. As well as a great fit-out and state-of-the-art facilities, the property’s commitment to sustainability was one of the factors that appealed to Jim Venables,’s Managing Director and award judge.

“The work they have done on the building has transformed it into an efficient, creative space, and it provides a great environment for both established and start-up businesses,” said Jim.

The key eco-friendly factors include green roofs, a wind turbine, rainwater harvesting, sensor lighting with every office, and solar heating. There are also showers and bike storage to encourage clients to cycle to the office.

Jim went on to comment on their “excellent support network” and was impressed by the way The Office Group look after their clients – during both office tours, and also when they become tenants.

This is reflected by some of Farringdon Too’s clients, who took the time to provide feedback on their experience with The Office Group. Tenant Chris Dumpleton from Centrinet commented that the property has a relaxed yet corporate feel, with nice touches that “set it apart from other offices”. He added: “The roof garden is amazing and will be used extensively in the summer!”

Commenting on becoming’s latest Business Centre of the Month award winner, Stewart Whiting, Business Development Director at The Office Group, said:

“The Office continues to challenge the concepts of both the serviced office and the conventional lease by creating a new, unique property option for our clients.

“We’ve been recognised for this by different organisations several times already this year and we’re delighted to add to that list.”
