St Modwen to Extend Etruria Office Space
The success of the Etruria Valley Business Park in Stoke-on-Trent is to be built upon, with Birmingham based developer St Modwen submitting an application to create additional office space at the site.
The 16 acre development would extend the 1.3m sq. ft. of office, commercial and retail space already established on the Forge Lane site. Quoted by Insider Media, St ModwenΓÇÖs Regional Director Mike Herbert explained:
ΓÇ£Etruria Valley has proven to be an extremely popular Business Park location and this latest phase will enable us to continue the creation of high quality employment spaces within this sustainable location.
Part of a wider regeneration project, the application to build new office space on the site would be twinned with the creation of additional properties suitable for manufacturing and storage.
“Etruria Valley has already proven itself to be a magnet for attracting inward investors and established local businesses and the latest phase will enable us to continue to drive new businesses and investment into the North Staffordshire region.”
