Romford Office Space has “got it all”
A Hornchurch office property in Essex, located close to the town of Romford, has recently been recommended by one of its long-term tenants who claims that the office has “got it all”.
The property is based just within the border of the M25 and provides tenants with self-contained office suites, suited to small or start-up businesses, with facilities including on-site parking, broadband, and secure 24-hour access to the building.
At the end of October, Steve House from TSS Ltd commented in a review submitted via officebroker.com that the property is “safe, secure and clean”, and remarked that having been based at the centre for a number of years, he “would not even dream of moving”.
“It would be a challenge to come up with a reason not to rent office space here,” he said, commenting that the best things about the office are the inclusive amenities and utility bills.
“The standard of cleanliness in the common parts, including WCs and kitchen area is outstanding,” he added. “The co-renters are all very cooperative and pleasant, with a community spirit.”
Steve went on to say that the location is ideal, as the town centre is close by and several major road networks are within a few minutes’ drive.
When prompted to share the worst things about the business centre, he commented that it’s “difficult to think of anything”, adding: “It’s pretty good here.”
Following a tour of the space earlier in October, Paul Corner from Nexus stated that the office is “excellent” and in “sparkling condition”. Although the location was not ideal for him, he continued to comment on the positives, adding: “One of the owners, Andy, showed me around and was completely open and honest about everything. (It) Would be a pleasure to do business with him.”
