The Ocean Gateway development of Peel Land & Property, which sits alongside the River Mersey, has reportedly made in excess of 14,000 sq ft of Liverpool office space available on the top floor of Building 12 at the Princes Dock site.
Located near Liverpool City Centre the 14.5 hectare site ΓÇô which has apparently received over ┬ú250m of investment – forms part of the cityΓÇÖs commercial district and has already attracted the like of PricewaterhouseCoopers and RBS to its prime office space and has the potential for further office space developments of up to 200,000 sq ft in size.
The riverside offices are part of Peel Land & PropertyΓÇÖs growing portfolio which includes the likes of the Trafford Centre and MediacityUK in Manchester as well as Glasgow Harbour and Gloucester Quays.
