officebroker.com is seeking a capable receptionist/secretary for a six-month period of maternity cover at our head office in Fazeley, Tamworth (Staffordshire).
Are you a dynamic person with previous receptionist or secretarial experience, who is able to keep all the plates spinning in a busy sales environment?
officebroker.com is looking for a capable and efficient person, with a good telephone conduct and who thrives in busy, high-pressure situations. You will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding them on to the relevant person in a professional manner.
Where calls need to be forwarded to one of our 25-strong sales team, you may need to make your presence heard to find out who should take the call. Therefore we are looking for someone who is relatively confident and tenacious around people – so shrinking violets need not apply!
