Property Developers in Leeds Could Hit the Jackpot in Office Auction
A popular amusement arcade in Leeds is going under the hammer on 11th May. The property, which is to be sold with existing tenant leases, also comprises office space along with a café, laundrette, storage and workshop space.
The property is located on Branch Road in the town of Armley, west of Leeds city centre, and is to be offered at a guide price of £270,000 or over.
“This is a well known property which generates a very attractive yield,” said Tony Webber of auctioneers Eddisons.
Along with the arcade, there is a total of 100 property lots which are being put up for auction.
“The catalogue has something for everyone and with the majority of lots realistically priced I anticipate a very busy sale,” added Tony.
The auction will be held at Leeds United’s Elland Road stadium at midday on 11th May. View the catalogue listings for the amusement arcade and the other lots here.
