Price of Serviced Office Space in South West Reaches 3 Year Low in Q2 2010
Serviced office space throughout the South West recorded its lowest Q2 price in three years during 2010 according to a report published today by officebroker.com.
In the Serviced Office Review: South West Q2 2010 report from officebroker.com, the serviced office space specialist has recorded an average workstation price of ┬ú177.00 during Q210, a price that is ┬ú96.00 (36%) below the figure of ┬ú267.00 recorded by the broker in Q209.
Having recorded this average workstation price of ┬ú177.00 during Q210, data from officebroker.com shows this price to represent the lowest Q2 price recorded by the broker in the South West region during the last three years, with Q208 prices having been recorded at ┬ú243.00.
While the Serviced Office Review: South West Q2 2010 reveals this decline in workstation prices, it also reports that the overall number of businesses taking serviced office space via the officebroker.com service has exceeded 2009 figures in the opening six months of 2010, with the volume of clients placed 16% higher between January ΓÇô June 2010 compared to the same period in 2009.
The officebroker.com report also shows an increase in average license length and a decrease in average workstation requirements in the South West region during Q210 compared to Q209.
