Launched in November, the new system allows customers to express their opinion of the office, and invites comments by tenants both past and present, as well as potential clients who have seen the space during an office tour.

During the feedback process, users are actively encouraged to reflect on both the negative features of the property as well as the positive, in order to deliver a balanced and genuine evaluation of the office building. This can include opinions of any relevant features such as location, first impressions, cleanliness, and facilities.

Users are also requested to give the office an overall ‘star rating’, ranging from 1 star up to a maximum of 5, which will help other businesses gain an ‘at a glance’ review of the general performance of the office space.

With the increasing popularity of social and interactive media, launched the new feedback system in a bid to further enhance the online office search process. Research suggests that customer reviews help clients to make a more informed decision during the search process, and word-of-mouth feedback is widely considered to be one of the most effective and trusted forms of communication available.

Since its launch in November, the system is steadily building awareness and is now attracting client reviews on a daily basis. In full support of a truly genuine approach, negative feedback is also published – and any criticism is fed directly back to the office provider to enable weaker areas to be improved.

As well as a useful mechanism for office providers and potential clients, the system is also proving to be a valuable tool for’s training processes.

Team Leader and head of training, Fiona Spruce, believes that the system will provide an essential part of fine-tuning’s service by providing constructive feedback for consultants.

“We’ve already had some useful comments for our consultants,” says Fiona. “When we receive pointers in relation to our service we always feed back directly to the person involved, and going forward we are now building this into our regular training schedules.”

Testament to both the quality of office properties available through and the service provided, the majority of feedback received to date has been positive.

Fiona continues: “I’m really pleased with the level of response we’re getting – it’s great to see so many of our clients taking the time to provide feedback. It’s invaluable for our new recruits and just as important for our more experienced consultants too.”
