Mr Haywood and Mr Venables (pictured) launched in 2002 and have since nurtured the firm to become the UKΓÇÖs largest serviced office broker.

The business, which was established with personal savings, has grown to employ more than 80 workers in offices based in the UK, the US and Australia, and has an expected turnover of £6.5m for 2012.

Mr Haywood and Mr Venables are among a group of top-performing entrepreneurs who share their stories in ‘How to Start a Business Without Any Money’ by leading enterprise author Rachel Bridge.

The book was officially released on 5th September 2012 at a special event on The Strand in London attended by Mr Venables, who is delighted to have been selected from among the UKΓÇÖs top entrepreneurial business leaders to contribute towards the publication:

ΓÇ£It was a big compliment when Rachel asked me to be involved in her new book,ΓÇ¥ says the business owner.

ΓÇ£ItΓÇÖs been a long road since launching a decade ago and there have been many lessons along the way which IΓÇÖd be more than happy to share with others keen to start a business.

ΓÇ£As with all firms there have been ups and downs but having grown to a company with more than 80 employees, international offices and a multimillion turnover itΓÇÖs fair to say there have been more highs than lows.

ΓÇ£Being an entrepreneur is all about constantly evaluating your business and looking for new opportunities so I canΓÇÖt wait to get my hands on a copy of the book and see what other tips I can pick up!ΓÇ¥
