officebroker.com Celebrates First Consultant to Reach ICON Status
In July, officebroker.com launched ‘ICON’ – a performance and recognition scheme which set new and complex challenges for its team of consultants.
Designed to raise the bar and encourage the team to focus on specific targets based around various stages of the office search process, ICON – which is made up of five separate targets which must all be met before month end – has so far eluded the team, despite several close calls.
But all that changed yesterday when a presentation was made to officebroker.com’s very first ICON.
Kirsty Lees – officebroker.com’s experienced Central London Account Manager – has proved that the tough challenge is certainly attainable, and since smashing all five ICON targets in September, has now laid down the gauntlet for her colleagues to follow suit.
“I would have bet a serious amount of money on Kirsty being the first officebroker.com consultant to achieve the ICON status,” said Jim Venables, co-founder and Managing Director of officebroker.com. “She IS the barometer for success, and if anyone is interested in how to get results, look no further.”
Kirsty has worked with officebroker.com for over five years, and in that time has brokered some of the largest deals in the company.
