New Office Space in Leeds Secures First Letting
The speculative ΓÇ£10 South ParadeΓÇ¥ office space development in the heart of Leeds City Centre has confirmed its first letting in the form of Xafinity Consulting.
Adding 36,000 sq ft of office space to the cityΓÇÖs existing supply, the 10 South Parade Development will, according to the sites website, become the first Grade A+ city centre office space in Leeds to come to market once completed.
In a press release by the schemes developer Wilton Developments, Adam Cockroft, Director of Office Agency at DTZ explained what attracting an occupier such as Xafinity Consulting meant for the scheme:
“We are delighted to have such a high profile occupier as Xafinity committed to the scheme. They really have voted with their feet and, given the conversations we are having with other potential occupiers, we expect to have more positive movement in the near future.”
The 8,200 sq ft of Grade A office space taken by Xafinity will be used as their regional headquarters, and as Xafinty Director David Emptage explains this new office space fulfilled the companyΓÇÖs needs:
The accommodation in our new office will benefit both our staff and clients. We looked at other Grade A office space elsewhere in Leeds City Centre, but believe the finished article here (10 South Parade) will be exactly what we and our clients needΓÇ¥
