New Green Office Development Opens Doors
A new £5.4 million green office complex in South Shields is ready to open its doors to businesses and tours from the local public.
One Trinity Green in Laygate was built on the foundations of the old Circatex Factory in South Shields with a view to improving the areaΓÇÖs green credentials on the world stage.
The building was established by the Department for Communities and Local Government and part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund’s 2007 – 2013 Competitiveness Programme.
ΓÇ£One Trinity Green is a superb setting for new and growing businesses,ΓÇ¥ says Councillor Michael Clare.
ΓÇ£I would urge businesses, or anyone thinking of starting up in these sectors, to take one of the tours and see for themselves this award-winning development. IΓÇÖm confident they will be impressed.
ΓÇ£Incentives like short-term ΓÇÿeasy-in-easy-outΓÇÖ agreements will encourage businesses from all over the region to establish themselves here and they will receive all the support they need to grow and evolve.
ΓÇ£Local residents might also be interested in going along to take a look at these prestigious facilities which are helping put South Tyneside on the map.ΓÇ¥
The technologically advanced development will provide quality office space to local businesses but will also compete against the greenest buildings in the world.
