MWB Mean Business with Meeting Venue Rebrand

Serviced office provider MWB Business Exchange, which operates over 70 business centres throughout the UK, is reshaping its Meeting Venue offering to clients with the intention of becoming the UK’s market leader by 2012.

Morag Alabaster (pictured), MWB’s Director of Meeting Venues, is leading the ambitious plan and aims to deliver a service that will ultimately help clients to get the best out of the company’s meeting room product, whether they require space for a large scale training event or a straightforward 1-hour slot.

MWB recently supplied office space and meeting venues for Ed Miliband’s Labour leadership campaign, and their plans have seen several new appointments over the past few months.

New employee Anna Clover, who starts as Meeting Venues Operations Manager, joins Ian Mabe, Rachel McAllister and Daiva Macionyte who will pool their expertise in diary and revenue management, new business development and account management to bring Morag’s Meeting Venue objectives to fruition.

Commenting on the restructure and Anna’s appointment, Morag said:

“We’re delighted that Anna Clover has joined us. It helps us show that at the heart of every successful venue provider are people with a deep understanding and commitment to service our clients.

“We believe our new structure will help establish MWB Business Exchange as the leading Meeting Venue brand in London this year and the UK in 2012. We’ve got a team of winners and we really mean business.”

In addition, MWB have brought on-board a further three new sales team members to help grow their Meeting Venue offering.

MWB Business Exchange was established in 1996 and now operate more than 300 meeting and conference rooms throughout the UK, along with more than 20,000 serviced office workstations.
