Mulberry Moves to New London Office Space

Mulberry, an upmarket handbag and accessory company, are planning to move to a new London head office and showroom. The move will allow the firm to sell off its existing two office locations in Shepherd’s Bush and New Bond Street.

The designer company are reportedly finalising terms for a 36,000 sq ft location in central London.

Mulberry have been searching for a new single head office location since June, both as part of plans to consolidate their two existing sites, and also to prepare for expansion.

The company have also set up a new flagship store in Mayfair, on 50 New Bond Street, which they plan to move into before Christmas and have agreed to let for 25 years.

According to This is London, Mulberry said that the store will allow it to display a “much stronger and coherent presentation of the entire Mulberry range” than its current store at 41-42 New Bond Street.

The existing store will be closed upon completion of the move.
