Morrisons Supermarket Takes Bradford Office Space
Morrisons Supermarket has taken 11,000 sq. ft. of office space at Aquarius House, a high quality office property situated on the Leeds/ Bradford border and within the city in which the national supermarket chain was first founded in 1899.
Benefiting from a close proximity to the Leeds Outer Ring Road the high quality office building also features raised floors, comfort cooling and onsite parking for 130 cars.
Phillip Dawson, associate director at DTZ who acted as joint agents in the deal was quoted as saying: ΓÇ£Following the recent letting to Univar Europe, Morrisons occupation of the building will only leave 7,000 sq. ft. remaining.
