More Good News for Fasset as Microsec Move In

Following the news earlier this week that Fasset’s business centre and technology park at Hersham Place has reached record occupancy levels, the company has revealed more good news in the form of a new tenant at their Langstone location.

This is the third move in 30 years for Microsec, a bespoke software development firm, who have re-located from their former office at nearby Emsworth and moved into Langstone as a result of their continued expansion.

Commenting on the move, Managing Director of Microsec James Lavery said that this is an “exciting” time for the company and believes that it is a “great opportunity” for future growth.

“Langstone provides both us and our clients with a range of first class facilities within a secure and user-friendly environment,” he said. “There’s no doubt that networking with like-minded people and companies should enable a variety of technology synergies that will prove useful for us and our client base.

“It is also the right move for the team, many of whom can cycle to work and take full advantage of the on-site facilities such as the gym and restaurant. It goes without saying that a lot of planning has gone into the move to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of communications and service for our clients.”

Customer Service Delivery Manager at Langstone, Martyn Randell, said he is “confident that the environment here will suit Microsec and hopefully help them on the way to attaining their business goals”, adding: “Over the last 3 months a host of new companies have chosen to relocate to Langstone, attracted not just by the facilities available but also by the sense of business community we have created.”

Following the relocation of Microsec and other firms including Scottish & Southern Energy PLC and Linaker Renewables Ltd, Langstone is now at 96% occupancy – a record for the park.
