IoD Join Colliers CRE and Friend LLP in Move to Brindleyplace Offices
IoD, the Institute of Directors, are moving their West Midlands HQ from their existing base in Victoria Place next month, and will be taking new office space in Brindleyplace, central Birmingham.
The move will see the IoD join existing tenants Friend LLP, commercial property agents Colliers CRE and landlords Argent at Eleven Brindleyplace.
The IoD’s new office will be located on the mezzanine level of the property.
“We are extremely excited about moving not only to this landmark building but also to a location which is increasingly attracting key businesses to the city,” commented John Rider, Regional chairman for IoD West Midlands, speaking to TheBusinessDesk.
He continued: “IoD members enjoy a network of prestigious premises located throughout the UK, Brussels and Paris and identifying locations which offer outstanding levels of service and facilities is paramount.
“We will be minutes from the International Convention Centre, the Symphony Hall, Birmingham’s attractive canal system and some great restaurants but still within easy walking distance of New Street Station.”
As reported on our blog last week, accountancy and business advisory firm Friend LLP will also be moving into the property in June.
