The recent devastating floods have not only caused chaos, disruption and heartache for individuals and families, many of whom are still unable to return to their homes. The sudden deluge has also had a massive impact on businesses across the UK, with many having to find short term or emergency accommodation in order to continue trading., the UKΓÇÖs largest online commercial property broker, has seen a big hike in enquiries for emergency or short term office space ΓÇô especially in the Sheffield area which appears to have been hit hardest by the freak June rainfall.

As well as receiving numerous enquiries from individual firms, has also been contacted by disaster recovery specialists as they look to assist their clients following the floods.

One such firm is First Recovery which is now using as its first point of contact when searching for emergency office accommodation on behalf of clients.
