Expansion for MWB’s Corporate Team

MWB Business Exchange, the UK’s second largest provider of serviced office space, has appointed two new sales managers as part of its corporate teamΓÇÖs expansion.

Daniel Philips and Ikenna Nweke join MWB as Corporate Development Managers with the task of assisting and pushing forward the company’s corporate development on a national level, with the intention of bringing major new clients on board.

Daniel, who formerly worked at Whitbread Hotels & Restaurants as National Account Manager for seven years, has plenty of sales experience from his time with Whitbread along with past roles at Premier Inn, in which he delivered the hotel’s first corporate pricing programme.

He also achieved the title of Sales Person of the Year 2010/11 by his former employer.

Following six years at Xerox, Ikenna joins MWB following his former role as a Sales Manager. He is a highly experienced and efficient salesperson having spearheaded key partnership agreements across a range of industries, and also won the Sales Honour Club award two years running.

Commenting on the new appointments Ryan Squelch, Commercial Director of MWB Business Exchange, said:

In March this year MWB announced that they are reshaping their meeting and conference venue offering with the intention of becoming the UK’s market leader by 2012. Following new appointments, Director of Meeting Venues Morag Alabaster said that they believe the new structure will “help establish MWB Business Exchange as the leading Meeting Venue brand in London this year and the UK in 2012”, adding: “We’ve got a team of winners and we really mean business.”

MWB operates a portfolio of more than 65 serviced office centres throughout the UK which combined offer over 20,000 workstations along with 300 meeting and conference rooms.
