Dubai Business Centre Adapt Parking Fees Following Client Review
A Dubai business centre has shown impressive customer service and flexibility towards its clients by negotiating special parking terms for occupants, following a review that was posted on the officebroker.com website.
The review, which was written by existing tenant Charlotte Proudman from Cosmetology Middle East (CME), gave the centre a star rating of 5 out of 5 and stated that moving into the office space was the “best thing CME did”.
However, when asked for the ‘Worst thing about this office’, Charlotte responded with: “Parking can be quite expensive if you need to go in and out of the office all day.”
Upon publishing the review on the officebroker.com website, Business Development Manager Julia Sykes and Account Manager Carl Dowling were made aware of the feedback, and promptly acted on it by arranging a new parking solution.
“We’ve now negotiated a special unlimited parking and gym membership package for our clients,” commented Julia. “It allows multiple entries and exits each day, and it sure beats the 20AED an hour fee at other centres!”
With the parking issue now addressed, Charlotte Proudman’s review certainly lives up to its five-star status.
“These serviced offices create a great business environment,” she commented in her feedback. “Their management team are efficient and helpful – nothing is too much trouble, and their level of professionalism is extremely high.”
The business centre is located at Fairmont Office Towers in Dubai, on the famous Sheikh Zayed Road. Facilities include furnished offices with access to meeting rooms and high-speed wireless internet, and clients are supported by a full range of services including on site IT support and a staffed reception.
