Central London Office Space Explored in New Look Report
officebroker.com, the UKΓÇÖs leading broker of serviced office space, has today published a revised edition of its Serviced Office Review Series, tracking the changes officebroker.com has recorded in the serviced office industry in Q2 10 compared to Q2 09.
The first instalment of the series focuses on the activity in the serviced office space market of Central London, with further regional reports following in the coming weeks. The new layout, which was devised following feedback from those working within the UKΓÇÖs serviced office industry, will now allow readers to view quarter-on-quarter changes alongside year-to-date activity while also providing a national comparison.
Each of the newly formatted reports draws directly on the internal data of officebroker.com, presenting the number of serviced office buildings registered with the officebroker.com service in each region, the enquiry levels being generated, the number of serviced office tenants (SOTs) placed via officebroker.com and average workstation prices. Each report also tracks the average license lengths being signed by new SOTs.
The Serviced Office Review: Central London Q2 2010 is available to download for free from the Stats & Facts area of the officebroker.com website, a link to which has been included below:
