Cardiff Office “ticks all the boxes” for Clients

Cardiff Office “ticks all the boxes” for Clients

A business centre offering flexible office space in Cardiff has been highly commended by clients, who have supplied glowing feedback of their tenancy in the Grade II listed building.

Located on Cathedral Road in the city centre, the property dates back to 1896 and was formerly used as a synagogue before it was converted into a business centre. Its central location and accessibility has made it very popular with clients, while its serviced office space and flexible terms appeals to small and medium sized businesses in particular.

The Temple Court centre has attracted positive feedback from clients via’s online review facility, and the on-site team has received particular attention from clients based on their excellent level of customer service.

David Bush from intellectual property services firm Wynne-Jones, Laine & James LLP were formerly based at their office in Cardiff city centre for over 25 years, but soon found that a combination of tired office décor and an increase in local traffic volumes led the team to consider a new location.

“Our existing office suite was getting tired and was in need of major refurbishment,” David explained, “but recent changes in traffic access to the central area of Cardiff had made us realise that we were now in the wrong place as well.”

David explained that they “trawled the market extensively” but struggled to find the right base that would resolve their key criteria such as location, price and layout, as well as their “shared ethos for professionalism and customer service”. According to David, the Cathedral Road office “ticked all the boxes” which he found was largely down to the “can do attitude” of the business centre team.

“We would have no hesitation in recommending Tracey and her organization to anyone looking for flexible, affordable, high-quality office space in Cardiff,” he added.

Among the other reviews written was feedback from Dave Dibble from online marketing company Saurus, who says that the “warm and welcoming attitude of the staff” proved to be the clinching factor in their decision to move to Temple Court.

“Having been at Temple Court for nearly 12 months now, l am more convinced than ever that we made the right move,” says Dave. “Our clients are always extremely impressed by our offices and our employees are delighted to be working in such a warm and friendly environment.”

Commenting on what he describes as an “outstanding” team, Dave added: “l cannot recommend Temple Court highly enough to anyone looking for a very flexible, professional serviced office space.”
