The ΓÇÿEdinburgh Life & SoulΓÇÖ exhibition will take place at the 23 Melville Street business centre on Thursday 29th November 2012.
Never before seen in public, the work of budding artist Maciej Mackiewicz depicts the iconic architecture and culture of this stunning second city from the point of view of a Polish-born young man who moved to Edinburgh just last year.
An example of the young artistΓÇÖs work can be seen above; an acrylic painting of Deacon Brodie’s Tavern on the Royal Mile.
ΓÇ£ItΓÇÖs hoped that this unveiling will be the first of many for 23 Melville Street,ΓÇ¥ reads the press announcement, which highlights the business centreΓÇÖs cultural past.
“The building launched in 2011 after a £500,000 refurbishment following its film set days, in which both British and Bollywood films were shot.”
