Bruntwood Expands Office Space in Liverpool

Bruntwood Expands Office Space in Liverpool

Following the announcement in March that serviced office provider Bruntwood has experienced a 15-year high for enquiries in Liverpool, the company is now preparing to open a new floor of serviced space at their Old Hall Street location in the city centre (pictured).

Following a full refurbishment of the sixth floor and its 86 workstations, which were formerly occupied by the Home Office, the space is now ready to welcome new clients from the SME sector and comes complete with an array of business facilities – including meeting and conferencing amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi access and full support from the company’s on-site management team.

According to Bruntwood’s Sales Director Andrew Butterworth, demand for their serviced offices in Liverpool has always been strong, and their Old Hall Street location has been fully occupied for the past 12 months.

“It benefits from being in an excellent location with some fantastic views,” he said.

“Despite the fact that we added an additional floor last year, demand for our serviced offices has always been strong. We are confident that this new space will let quickly and we will continue to deliver high quality space with a strong customer focus.”

In March, Bruntwood claimed that demand for their Liverpool office space is coming predominantly from the private sector – which refuted claims that the city is over-dependent on the public sector.

Much of their recent demand has also come from small and medium sized businesses, which are naturally suited to the serviced office product due to its flexible and short-term nature, and as a result the company has noticed a significant increase in enquiries for serviced office space.

The company now operate over 2,000 workstations across Liverpool, Manchester, Knutsford, Cheadle, Warrington, Altrincham, Leeds and Birmingham.
