Brindleyplace Office Properties Snapped Up for £200m

Eight office properties in Birmingham’s Brindleyplace scheme are set to be snapped up for ┬ú200m by Moorfield and Hines, who teamed up to make the purchase.

According to Property Week, if current owners Brindleyplace Limited Partnership accept the proposal, this would reportedly be the biggest ever deal in Birmingham’s office investment market.

It is thought that property development company Argent would continue to manage the office buildings under the new ownership.

Brindleyplace is a prime business destination in central Birmingham, and is currently home to over 8,500 employees. There are eleven office buildings in total that make up the Brindleyplace scheme, each offering top-class Grade A office space.

In recent months, a number of companies have signed up to office space in Brindleyplace including Colliers CRE, the IoD, and Friend LLP.
