BioMap Ltd find route to new office space with

BioMap Ltd, a supplier of quality temperature monitoring solutions to the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries, recently contacted for help finding a new office in central London.

Previously based in Kensington, BioMap Ltd – headed up by founder and Director Kane Edgeworth – are a team with many years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and now supply temperature based services and solutions designed to meet cGxP regulatory guidelines. This includes project management, implementation, training, support, Cold Chain Compliance services and consultancy.

BioMap Ltd were looking to move out of Kensington and closer towards the Hammersmith area, and as Kane explains, a quick call to’s Account Manager Rachel Lapins helped to get the ball rolling in a short space of time.

“After giving Rachel a list of requirements and an ambitious budget, appointments in our required location were made the next day,” says Kane. “Rachel was our single point of contact and negotiated with the serviced office providers on our behalf. This saved huge amounts of time and allowed Rachel to get us the best package for our preferred site already knowing the contacts.”

Following a selection of office tours, Kane and his team settled on a modern office building based on Hammersmith Grove, a short distance away from the Hammersmith tube stops and close to the Kensington Olympia train station.

The property is managed by one of the UK’s leading office providers and as a result, provides excellent business services, ranging from meeting rooms with video conferencing facilities right through to IT support and an on-site gym.

“Dealing with Rachel and was a refreshing and pain free experience,” concludes Kane, who commented that the service he received was “excellent”, adding: “I would definitely use the service again.”
