Award-Winning Business Centre Continues to Impress Clients
The winner of officebroker.com’s Business Centre of the Month award in June 2010 is living up to its status as an award-winning centre, by continuing to attract glowing feedback from clients.
Located in Stevenage, the centre has already accumulated a number of reviews from existing occupants, who have praised the service, flexibility and high quality facilities available at the property on Bessemer Drive.
Mark Wilkinson from Pinnaculum Ltd has since added to this by claiming that the facilities and atmosphere are one of its best points. He also commented that it is “excellent for start-ups” – something that the centre, which works closely with the local council, holds in earnest and strives to provide a supportive business environment for SMEs.
“We viewed Bessemer Drive as part of a search for offices for our new start-up business,” commented Mark. “Facilities are excellent, with a friendly reception, on-site cafeteria, extensive meeting rooms, as well as a range of office accommodation in a variety of sizes.
“We liked it and moved in at the beginning of August,” he said, adding that the office space represents “excellent” value for money.
The business centre has recently extended its existing facilities by a further 27,000 sq ft, and actively works to bring the business community together, with one example being their regular ‘Bacon Buttie’ mornings, where tenants are invited to meet and network over a bacon sandwich.
More recently, Wenta – the management company behind the Stevenage centre – has recently taken on a new business and storage site in the area and is running it as a “partner site” to the Bessemer Road centre.
Centre Manager Ros Beattie commented that the new location on Chells Way has proved “very popular” and has attracted a wider variety of business types.
“Tenants here are also able to benefit from our flexible rental terms and in addition can make use of the fantastic mailbox and virtual office services, conference and meeting rooms at the btc just a few miles away,” she added.
