Altrincham Office Space Set for Conversion
An office building, which was the Altrincham office space of Crosby Homes, has been purchased by property developer PH Property Holdings with a view to converting the Altrincham office space into 13 luxury apartments.
The ┬ú1.75m purchase would see the 21,000 sq. ft. of office space give way to apartments which will be expected to see for between ┬ú350,000 and ┬ú600,000.
