The centre is located within a Georgian building in central Birmingham.

Dr Lucas also commented on the strong sense of community at the business centre, referring to the “enjoyable and supportive atmosphere” in the building, which he said is fostered through “innovative networking opportunities, regular newsletters and social activities.”

Consistent interaction with clients not only keeps them informed of necessary information and matters of interest such as development plans, but also keeps communication channels open and helps any potential issues to be addressed and resolved before they can escalate.
