officebroker.com's online feedback system has received it's 100th office review
In November 2009, serviced office specialist officebroker.com launched a new online feedback facility, designed to invite comments from new or prospective clients on the office space they have toured, or are currently renting.
The facility has proved to be hugely successful, with a growing number of reviews submitted each week. Now, officebroker.com's feedback facility has reached its first major milestone of 100 reviews - with many business centres having received up to four or five reviews each.
The system allows customers to express their opinion of the office via a free text box. Users are also actively encouraged to reflect on both the negative features of the property as well as the positive, in order to deliver a balanced and genuine assessment of the office building.
A 'star rating' system - which requests an overall opinion of the office, from 1 star up to a maximum of 5 - also helps prospective office searchers to gain a valuable 'at a glance' review of the office space.
100th review
On Monday 22nd February, officebroker.com received their 100th office review - the first major milestone since the system was launched at the end of last year.
"The offices are very modern, clean and well serviced," reads the review, which was written following a tour of an office in Wimbledon, London. "I was very impressed by the front desk, who were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were all a very good size, and there was a range of spaces available. This office may well be what we need for our business."
The feedback system provides a vital tool to help officebroker.com's clients gain additional information before arranging office tours, and can also help providers to work on less favourable areas of their business centre.

As well as a helpful tool for clients and office providers, the feedback system is also proving to be highly useful for officebroker.com's training procedures.
Aside from feedback on the office, clients are also encouraged to share their experiences of working with officebroker.com, and whether or not they value the service provided. These comments are then passed on to the Consultant involved and their Team Leader, and go on to form part of future training processes.

Following the success of the review system on the company's UK website, officebroker.com - who also has operational offices in London, Dallas (US) and Perth (Australia) - has now launched the system on their US office website.
