Britain's fastest growing online office broking company has expanded into the US market.
officebroker.com, based in Tamworth, Staffordshire has opened an office in the Carrollton business district of Dallas – the business capital of the USA and home to some of the world’s largest corporate headquarters.
Within months of setting up operations the company has already secured major office-space contracts with several global giants, including global talent management solutions provider, Stepstone, who took an exclusive office space in New York’s Empire State Building.
Turnover for the first financial year is projected at $600,000 which added to the UK’s sales will create Group turnover of around £3.5m.
Founded in 2001 by Birmingham born entrepreneurs - Jim Venables and Andy Haywood, officebroker.com has doubled its sales year on year. It is now the largest online commercial property broker for both serviced office space providers and SME’s & corporate businesses requiring flexible office accommodation in the UK and overseas.

One of the company’s longest established clients is flexible office space provider Avanta and officebroker.com already generates a large proportion of Avanta's UK business. With plans to grow this relationship in the USA market, the future certainly looks bright.
