The advanced officebroker.com search facility is free to use for all Chamber members, allowing for access to over 97% of the UK’s serviced office providers at the click of a mouse, courtesy of officebroker.com. Chamber members will also benefit from a full consultancy service from a dedicated officebroker.com account manager to ensure their office search runs smoothly.

The partnership was officially launched at an event at Atlantic House, Reading on 24th January 2008. Alongside the free office search & consultancy service, officebroker.com is offering exclusive benefits to Chamber members to help improve their company’s green credentials with officebroker.com funding the offsetting of the carbon footprint of each workstation secured through the service.

officebroker.com piloted the scheme with the London Chamber of Commerce in summer 2007, which has been hugely successful and has led to the partnership extending to the Thames Valley Chamber.

The bespoke services on offer to Chamber member are:

Offset your Office - Working in conjunction with Carbon Footprint Ltd, every business which secures office space through this new facility will be given the opportunity to offset the carbon footprint of each individual work station. Businesses will be offered a choice of offsetting schemes, for example tree planting, and will receive a certificate of authentication valid for 12 months.

Move Assist – Service users will be provided with a fully functional meeting or office space for use by staff on the day of the office move. Should this space not be required, the member has up to 12 months to make use of it.
