Serviced office provider i2 Office, which recently announced its intention to progress its expansion plans throughout 2011, has reacted to a glut of demand in the City of London by launching a new business centre on Lloyds Avenue.
As the fourth property in the firm’s portfolio of stylish, technology-rich business centres, their Lloyds Avenue location offers a range of office space solutions targeted at smaller firms, with suites catering from two to five persons.

The property has recently been refurbished and occupies a central location within The City, a few steps from Fenchurch Street London and close to a number of tube stations including Aldgate and Tower Hill. The centre benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows in all offices and the space is equipped with the latest technology – offering high speed Wi-Fi internet access and on-site IT support services.
The Lloyds Avenue centre, which is already at 50% occupancy, is the company’s second London-based location alongside their Devonshire Street building in Marylebone which was launched last May. The centre, which provides serviced space across four floors of a Georgian property, exceeded expectations by reaching 90% occupancy within just 3 months of opening.
i2 Office also opened a new centre in Glasgow last November, headed up by newly appointed General Manager Fiona Lawrence, and will celebrate the two-year anniversary of its successful Milton Keynes location later this year.
