officebroker.com Helps Templars PR Find Mayfair Office

Earlier this month, Kitty Parry – Managing Director of public relations firm Templars PR – contacted officebroker.com as part of the company’s search for a new office in Central London.

Templars PR, which has worked with major brands including ETF Securities and Lloyd’s, draws on the individual experience of its team who have driven media relations for such household names as Lego, Kellogg and Nestle. The company was formerly located in The City but required a new office to accommodate the company’s natural growth.

As Templars PR took on new projects, the growing team required new premises that could offer standard necessities such as broadband, but which could offer the potential for expansion and also provide an outwardly professional experience for visiting clients.

With the help of officebroker.com account manager Dean Ridsdill, Kitty toured a number of properties in Central London including an impressive building in Mayfair, located in a prominent position on the corner of South Molton Street.

Just a stone’s throw from Bond Street underground and a short walk from Oxford Street, the property ticked all the right boxes and soon turned out to be the ideal solution for the Templars PR team.

Kitty praised Dean’s support and commented that his assistance enabled the team to focus on running their business, rather than spending time researching suitable new office space.

“Dean was so helpful,” Kitty commented. “He continually persevered when we were trying to juggle moving office as well as keeping our PR business going. His support in finding an office was wonderful.”

Templars PR are due to move into their new office later this month.
