New module launched for serviced office management software

IT consultancy firm ra Information Systems has today launched a new Facilities Management module for their Business Centre management solution, ibcs.

The additional features will allow customers to manage their business centre more effectively, by optimising maintenance resources and improving equipment productivity.

Users will have the benefits of full asset management and maintenance, along with a detailed picture of every critical asset including its last known location.
Performance will be monitored at all times, leaving the user in total control.

ra’s Business Development Manager Noel Kennedy said:

“A growing awareness of the importance of building and facilities management is leading to a rising demand for management software offering superior and wide reaching functionality.

“Before, your choice was to either purchase an FM system and sacrifice the client management side of the software or do the opposite and sacrifice the FM side of things. In some cases you had the added cost of buying and maintaining two separate systems.

“With our FM module however, you can now have a centralised system perfect for all of your building management needs and also one that has been developed and tested with leading serviced office environments.”
