Work Begins on Haydock Office Space Scheme
Developed by Altrincham based Morley Estates, who have an extensive portfolio of office developments across the North West, the project will reclaim 2.9 hectares of brownfield land and create a mixed use scheme within landscaped grounds and include office space, hybrid business units as well as retail and leisure opportunities.
According to the property developers website the project will benefits from being roughly equal distance from both Manchester and Liverpool and only 4 miles north of Warrington. The A580 provides excellent connections east/west. The M6 provides quick access to the rest of the region and motorway network.
