According to the property developers website the project will benefits from being roughly equal distance from both Manchester and Liverpool and only 4 miles north of Warrington. Speaking to the North West Business Insider MorleyΓÇÖs development director Gareth Middleton explained:

ΓÇ£From the outset we have been focused on creating Empress Park into a business destination of the highest specification. The site development is excellent both in terms of its location at Junction 23 at the M6 motorway and its prominent position.ΓÇ¥
