Ventia Adds to Central London Portfolio
Office space provider Ventia, which operates serviced offices throughout London, Bristol and the Thames Valley region, has added another Central London location to its portfolio – with a new location in Westminster.
The new serviced office location, which will offer businesses a commanding view of the River Thames, is a joint venture between Ventia and the Duchy of Lancaster, sitting between Embankment and Savoy Street.
ΓÇ£As overheads for London based companies continue to rise, businesses are naturally looking for solutions to avoid the steep costs associated with office space in the capital.ΓÇ¥ says Leo Patching, Director at Ventia. ΓÇ£Savoy Street provides this solution for companies, with competitvely priced space at a fantastic central London location.ΓÇ¥
This newest addition to the portfolio follows the opening of VentiaΓÇÖs first Midtown location in March, which after less than 2 months is already reported to be running at over 50% occupancy.
Having just completed a full refurbishment at the site, and the offices now provide fully-furnished and unbranded office space. Clients opting to take space at VentiaΓÇÖs new centre will also benefit from a dedicated onsite team, who act as company receptionists and assisting with the day-to-day needs of running an office.
Commenting on the deal Michael Frydman from the Duchy of Lancaster said, ΓÇ£This is an interesting diversification of our central London office portfolio. We are confident that the quality of location and space will appeal to this market.ΓÇ¥
