Unfinished Oxfordshire Offices Already Attracting Tenants
12 high tech business units being constructed at Milton Park Science Vale Enterprise Zone are approaching completion ΓÇô and two units are already leased.
The business parkΓÇÖs owners MEPC have leased a combined 3,090 square feet of the brand new office space to 3D NC, a Formula One supplier.
ΓÇ£It is exciting to be able to announce 3D NC as the first letting in a new development in the Milton Park Enterprise Zone and, significantly for us, demonstrates why we must continue to invest in speculative schemes like this,ΓÇ¥ says MEPC Commercial Director, Andrew Barlow.
ΓÇ£We believe that this is the first letting in a speculative development within an Enterprise Zone anywhere in the UK. As soon as the EZ announcement was made we focussed on delivering these units to the market quickly to create opportunities for jobs growth and interest in this development is very high.ΓÇ¥
The units have been built with small and medium-sized enterprises in mind, providing state-of-the-art working accommodation in Abingdon, just 10 miles outside Oxford, equipped with all the facilities expected of serviced office buildings.
ΓÇ£We needed modern, high spec premises to expand and develop our business,ΓÇ¥ explains 3D NC Director, Darren Philips. ΓÇ£The new units at Milton Park give us a contemporary environment at a prestigious location.ΓÇ¥
ΓÇ£This scheme gets the EZ off the starting grid, with up to 70 acres of the Park being designated for development,ΓÇ¥ says Andrew Barlow.
ΓÇ£We can offer a range of options for small start-up companies, to larger more established businesses, all within a fast growing and highly successful business community.ΓÇ¥
