Top Marks for Business Environment’s Customer Service

Business Environment, which operate 18 serviced office properties throughout the UK, have received excellent marks from their most recent customer survey.

Following the company’s largest customer service poll in its 20 year history, in which it surveyed 3,000 clients across their entire portfolio of business centres, a whopping 98% of clients said they would recommend Business Environment to a friend, and 92% said that their teams are friendly and helpful.

Of the clients that responded, many of whom said they liked the “extra touches” such as Doughnut Fridays and the focus on sporting events such as the Rugby World Cup and Wimbledon. In addition, 87% said that they were satisfied with the day-to-day service and a further 73% said that the welcome was “friendly”.

According to the results, 69% of respondents said they had never used serviced office space before.

Commenting on the results of the survey, David Saul, Managing Director of Business Environment, said:

“We have focused attention on improving our already excellent client retention rates this year. The results of the survey have shown that our teams deliver an excellent level of service every day.

“I am delighted with the results and will be looking to see how we can drive standards even higher over the next 12 months.”

Investor in People certified Business Environment are no stranger to positive results, having reached the shortlist of The National Customer Service Awards 2010 and beating off competition from over 20,000 other UK businesses.

The team are now working to improve the already high standard of results from their survey as part of National Customer Service Week, which runs until October 9th.
