The Cube Leases 50% of Available Office Space

Nearly half of the commercial office space at the controversial Cube development in Birmingham has been leased to the Highways Agency, while D&D London are also set to open a rooftop restaurant at the building which will overlook the Birmingham Skyline.

While the development has suffered a series of setbacks following the original developers falling into administration, the securing of a tenant such as the Highways Agency into nearly 50% of its total office space could signal a change in fortunes for the troubled building.

Offering a total of 115,000 sq ft of accommodation in the form of retail and grade A office space, the Cube is due to be completed next month and is expected to stand out as an imposing and impressive addition to the Birmingham property market.
