Space Snapped Up at Leeds’ Grade A Office Development
10 South Parade, the first new speculative office development in Leeds city centre this year, has received a third agreement for take-up of its Grade A office space.
Earlier this year, employee benefits and pension services provider Xafinity Consulting agreed to occupy 8,200 sq ft of office. They have just agreed to take-up a further 1,200 sq ft of office space at the scheme, which is owned and managed by Wilton Developments.
The company was formerly based at the neighbouring 9 South Parade, but will now move their head office to number 10.
Recruitment consultants Odgers Berndtson has also pre-let of 3,200 sq ft of second floor office space at the property.
According to TheBusinessDesk, Jason Stowe, managing director of Wilton Developments, said:
“When we announced the speculative scheme last year we said it reflected our confidence in Leeds and securing such early success is testament to this.”
