Next week officebroker.com will begin work on the latest round of its quarterly research series, the Serviced Office Review. The next instalment of this research, which tracks regional activity within the serviced office space market, will compare Q3 2010 to Q3 2009 as well as presenting market activity since the beginning of 2010.
Based on the internal data tracked and stored by officebroker.com, the UKΓÇÖs largest independent broker of serviced office space, the Serviced Office Review Series is the only regularly produced and opening available research covering the serviced office space industry.
Activity within this growing industry, which provides flexible workspace options to thousands of business across the UK, provides a detailed insight in to the health of what is a market dominated by SMEs. Despite this however, serviced offices are also used by large corporate clients and are seen as an increasingly attractive solution by many companies as they adjust to an increasingly mobile working environment.
The Serviced Office Review Series, which is delivered in 12 regional instalments, assesses the changes and trends with each geographical market through key data, including demand, take-up the size of placement taking place as well as the average workstation prices within each area.
Previous research by officebroker.com for the opening six months of 2010, all of which are available to download for free directly from the brokers website, showed an overall rise key areas of the market across the UK.
These rises, which included a 2.5% increase in the overall number of businesses entering serviced office space via the officebroker.com service, provided a welcome change for members of the industry after the significant decreased recorded during 2009 as the effects of the financial downturn took hold.
