Serviced office provider teams up with apartment company in Birmingham and Manchester
A partnership has been struck between managed office space provider Orega, and serviced apartment company SACO, to bring a unique working and living solution to businesspeople in Manchester and Birmingham.
The arrangement sees both companies offering beneficial prices to customers who book both types of accommodation in those cities.
The deal is open to occupiers of Orega’s offices in Colmore Plaza, Birmingham, and Piccadilly Place, Manchester. To complement the workspace offering, SACO has serviced apartments in The Hub, part of the new Piccadilly Place scheme in Manchester, along with two locations in Birmingham, at Brindleyplace and in Edgbaston.

Paul Finch, joint managing director of Orega, says:
“Our tie-up with SACO is a natural extension to the large range of services we already offer our office clients. It enables us to provide them with the same high level of accommodation at night that they are accustomed to having during the day – and at a beneficial rate. Jo Redman, sales and marketing director at SACO, says that their cost-effective solution for long-term stays has helped them to increase bookings by 55% over the last six months. She adds:

Plans are currently limited to Birmingham and Manchester, but may be extended to other locations in the near future.
