Serviced office provider signs two new tenants at Gatwick business centre
It is perhaps a sign that the economy is looking up, following the UK’s exit from recession, that a leading serviced office provider has recently announced the completion of two large signings at their business centre in Gatwick.
Serviced office provider Orega has signed two major new occupiers for a total of 128 workstations at their Gatwick office on Beehive Ring Road.
Global manufacturer APV is moving across the road from its current base, and will be taking 79 workstations at Orega’s centre. The second signing, international chartered aircraft service Meridian Aviation, has taken 49 workstations and will be establishing their head office at the Gatwick centre.
These two deals are the centre’s biggest to date, which will take the occupancy to a total of 80%.
Other deals that have taken place recently include airline uniform companies Wensum and Arria, home carer service Complete Homecare, Prospect Tree Healthcare, accountant Hudson Conway, architectural lighting company Paviom, Southern Adolescent Care and US-based Bell Helicopter.
Orega’s customer service and sales manager at the business centre, Linda Burton, says:
“Our latest signings with APV and Meridian Aviation are testimony to the building’s broad appeal, attracting companies from a range of sectors and including both niche and major international players. As well as the fantastic workplace setting, in this wonderful art deco building, occupiers are drawn to the flexible packages that we can offer which give us the edge over more conventional offices.”
