Serviced Office Industry Reviews Published Next Week
The second round of the Serviced Office Review Series, first launched by leading internet broker officebroker.com in January, are due to be published next week (w/b 19.04.10).
This series of regional reports provides a detailed analysis of the trends and activity that have taken place within the serviced office industry in the opening quarter of 2010. Drawing on the internal data from officebroker.com, themselves the largest broker of serviced office space here in the UK, the reports present changes in enquiry levels, workstation prices, license lengths and the overall number of new serviced office tenants that have entered the market during Q1 2010.
With suppliers of serviced offices having suffered like many other businesses during 2009, the reports are intended to provide anyone with an interest in the state of the industry with an accurate portrayal of its quarterly performance as well as an insight into how each region looks likely to react during the remainder of 2010.
The series of 12 reports, each focused on a specific region of the UK and how the serviced office industry has performed within it, will be published on the officebroker.com website and are available to download for free from the Stats & Facts section of the website. officebroker.com intend to upload around 2 regional reports each day commencing on Monday 19th April. Each report will be available in text format from the website as well as in pdf format to download.
