Kate Lee – Serviced Office Group – Central London

Kate is something of a legend within the serviced office industry, having previously worked at The Office Group (then Esselco) and Regus, as well as a year’s stint at officebroker.com. Kate helped to bring SOG’s Long Acre building to full occupancy alongside Andrew Butler, before moving on to the company’s new Moorgate location.
“She did that whilst buying a new house!” said Becci. “She never misses a beat and can multi-task with the best of them.”
Wendy Griffin – MWB – Central London

“Wendy is fairly new to the industry and definitely deserves a mention,” said Richard. Wendy came from a background in gym membership sales and joined the serviced office industry just a few months ago, but hasn’t wasted any time in turning in some chunky deals.
“She’s great – very efficient, proactive and has grasped the market very quickly,” added Richard.
Natasha Walker – Bizspace – South West London

Richard Nash has worked on SW London for five years and has built some pretty strong relationships during that time, so singling out one person was no easy feat. But he was very sure about one particular person.
“Definitely Natasha Walker from Bizspace,” he said. “She’s proactive, efficient, helpful and accommodating. She works hard to make deals with clients and maintains a great front of house. She’s always at the end of the phone when I need her and is a joy to work with.”
Chris Johnston – SPB Belfast Ltd, Scottish Provident Building – Belfast

Craig picked out Chris Johnston instantly, highlighting his enthusiasm and positive attitude as some of his best traits.
“He’s jovial and I always enjoy speaking to him. He never misses a beat, always returns my calls (when he isn’t having his fake tan or hair done!) and he’s eager to do deals. He moulds to the client’s needs and will do step deals to accommodate them. He also makes an effort for local businesses by raising awareness and hosting free networking events on Fridays.”
Dawn Grinham – The Quadrant Business Centre – Coventry

According to Tom, Dawn is flexible towards clients and adaptable to their needs. “Dawn’s great with clients, very accommodating. She will always give a good tour and really looks after them, also she’s a lovely person and very approachable.”
James Middleton – Regus – Milton Keynes

Dan didn’t spend much time singling out an individual who has impressed him recently. “James Middleton. I’ve done a lot of deals with him recently,” said Dan. “He’s really good, great with clients and a fantastic salesperson who always converts. Awesome.”
Bobby Van Wyk – i2 Office – Leeds

Bobby only joined i2 Office in May this year but quickly made a name for himself and has impressed a number of Account Managers that work with him at officebroker.com, among them Alex Williamson.
“Bobby is very proactive,” said Alex. “He’s positive about every deal, knows the industry well (along with his competition), he’s well experienced in sales and keeps us in the loop on all feedback. Our clients always tend to get on well with him too. And he’s got quite a cool name…”
