The biggest office space letting of the year in Woking has reportedly taken place this week, with Sabre Holdings ΓÇô which includes the well-known Travelocity website ΓÇô taking the decision to sub-lease two floors of its office space at the companyΓÇÖs Victoria Gate office building in Woking to Valiant Petroleum.

In what will be a relocation project for Valiant Petroleum, who currently occupy offices located near Woking Train Station, the move will see them taking-up occupancy on the third and fourth floors of the Sabre building on the opposite side of the town centre near The Lightbox Gallery and Museum.

Having clearly had enough of rattling around the empty space, the decision by Sabre Holdings to sub-let its unoccupied office space is hardly surprising – and is likely an option being considered by many firms who have found their workspace requirements diminished in the last 18 months.
